Summary
WUR helps students with a neurodivergent profile to study in their own way and at their own pace.

Do you have dyslexia, AD(H)D or autism (ASD)? Studying can sometimes come with additional challenges. That’s why we offer a wide range of support options, helping you follow your studies in a way and at a pace that works for you.
Tailored study support
As a student with a neurodivergent profile, you can apply for various facilities, such as extra time during exams or other adjustments. Our student deans are happy to help you find the right type of support and guide you through the necessary steps.
How to apply for extra exam time
You do not need to schedule an appointment with a student dean. You can arrange it yourself, but please note that you must submit your request at least four weeks before your next examination.
Additional facilities
Sometimes, extra time alone is not enough. You may benefit from additional support, such as extra guidance, access to a quiet space, or practical tips for studying with focus. A student dean will work with you to explore which options best meet your needs.

Training & workshops
Take a look at our Training & Workshops page. There you will find training courses such as Studying with AD(H)D, which is offered several times per year. The weekly Studylab sessions may also be useful if you struggle with procrastination or maintaining motivation.
