And then suddenly everything is different at university: a lot more study material to read, everything goes at a fast pace, and you have no idea how you will ever get through it.

Who is this training for?

Are you the kind of student who always mastered every detail of the material? Are your days filled with studying, leaving no room for other things? Then there’s time to be gained for you!

In this training course you’ll learn how to process and remember information as effectively and efficiently as possible. We cover a variety of study methods so you can discover for yourself what works best for you!

  • Biology of learning, mindset
  • Planning, study techniques
  • Motivation, focus
  • Stress, exam preparation
