Half the world menstruates...yet the topic is shrouded in secrecy. Hardly anyone talks about it. Did you know the menstrual cycle is much more than just ovulation, cramps, periods and mood swings? It's a whole cycle with its ups and downs.

In this workshop, you will discover how the cycle truly works and learn to flow with your hormonal waves. Whether you menstruate yourself or want to support someone who does, this workshop by Kim Schomaker offers valuable insights for everyone.

After the inspiring one-hour workshop, Kim is available to answer any questions you may have.

Everyone is welcome!

These workshops and walk-in consultations are designed to be inclusive, welcoming all students, regardless of sex or gender. (Not all women menstruate and not all who menstruate are women!)

Bloody Beautiful

Some days you feel amazing, thrilled, and happy to connect with others. Then two weeks later even the smallest event can cause tears or distress. These “highs and lows” are no fantasy. This is your body cycling through the different phases of your menstrual cycle. And if you are in the half of the population that doesn’t menstruate, do read on: you want to know this.

Seasons of the Hormonal Cycle

Did you know women go through different ‘seasons’ in every menstrual cycle? Your hormonal spring, summer, autumn and winter have superpowers and pitfalls. Some days will give you tremendous energy and gracefulness. Other days your hormones will make you think, reflect, and sort out which things you can let go of.

Kim Schomaker explains the characteristics and signals you can trace in a one-hour workshop followed by a one-hour walk-in session where you can ask her any question you want, one-on-one.
